NOTICE OF IP ONLINE FILING SYSTEM DISRUPTION

Dear valued customers,

Please be informed that IP Online Filing System is experiencing serious technical problems and its service is temporarily down until the repair work is completed.

Further to this, IP Online users are advised to submit filing of the relevant forms at MyIPO Headquarters or nearest branch offices.

For information, online fees are applicable at MyIPO counter to all IP Online’s registered users until the system is back in operation (except for payments related to the OPPOSITION matter).

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. For the time being, the recovery job is still ongoing.
